Carletta Temple has been a successful Real Estate Professional and Entrepreneur for over 20 years. She is the CEO at CELT Realty Group, the owner of C&C Jones Holdings LLC, a Incremental Real Estate Developer for the Eastside Communities of Kansas City Mo and a founder and co-founder of multiple nonprofits.
Carletta graduated from the Real Estate Associate Program in 2018, she is also a 2019 Graduate & Alumni of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Real Estate Diversity Initiative, a 2017 Graduate of UMKC Realtor Leadership Academy, a 2020 graduate of Interise & ALTCAP Next Stage KC Small Business Entrepreneurship MBA program and a part of the 2023 Black Business Mastery Institute graduating class. She received her certification as a Life Impact Transformational Coach in 2022.
Carletta's hard work and dedication includes investing into various Kansas City communities, and she has also been recognized by multiple local officials with resolutions and proclamations.
She’s the former State of Missouri NAACP Housing Committee Chair and the former Prospect Business Association Housing Chair. As a true community advocate and builder, Carletta’s passion has been to train in real estate, as a tool for building financial wealth and sustainable income.
Carletta has created a best practice model for utilization by the Kansas City community and beyond. Carletta believes developing the greater Kansas City community, fulfills her God-given purpose and she appreciates the unlimited opportunities life has to offer.
